Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns: Due to the personal nature of our ceramic smokeware, we cannot accept returns on used items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damages: Every piece is handcrafted and thoroughly inspected. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within [72 hours] of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund for items broken in transit.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
